WHAT TO EXPECT AT A PLANNING COUNCIL MEETING
Persons with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations to attend any Planning Council meetings. Please contact the Planning Council Support office at 314-977-4019 at least 24 hours before any meeting to make these arrangements.

MOST MEETINGS FOLLOW THIS GENERAL FORMAT:
An agenda of the topics for discussion at the meeting is distributed to everyone attending. Public introductions and announcements are made. Agenda items are discussed. Meetings follow the agenda with public discussions encouraged by all attendees. Planning Council members may be required to vote on issues that arise during the meeting. The Planning Council discusses and votes on the priorities and allocations of funding for the upcoming year.
